As I have already informed previously, the dedicated server will be physically moved to another center facility. As part of the move process, there is a need to perform a controlled reboot of the server prior to its actual move. This is a routine maintenance done to maintain the health of the server and is being performed to ensure that the move into the new facility is accomplished without any complications...
The time frame for the maintenance (server reboot) is:
From: 01:00 AM CDT on Friday, September 5.
To: 05:00 AM CDT on Friday, September 5.
Expected downtime: from 10 minutes to 2 hours or more.
OAT 1975 completed
The index for the 1975 Original Audio and Transcripts is now completed and you will find a total of 562 lectures in that section. Please note that we have now opted for a new presentation in this section. The first column leads you to the audio file which is simply a link to the mp3 audio file (depending on the configuration of your browser, the file will either use your own preferred audio player or use the plugin installed. In the latter case, the file opens in a new tab of your browser so you can also read the transcript) The second column opens a PDF file which contains diacritics, in a new tab also. We hope you like that as it was a particular request from the Bhaktivedanta Archives to show the diacritics.

Throughout the collection of lectures and conversations, discrepancies sometimes occur between the preface in the audio file and the title of the transcript found in the Vedabase viz sometimes the date or the location is different. The information found in the Vedabase will always supersede. Also, the written text does not necessarily start where the audio file starts and many endings are missing. Here is the explanation. The files in the commercially distributed tapes were made out of pre-determined format (30-60-90 minutes)cassette tapes. Unfortunately, there were sometimes a few words that couldn't fit in and they were cut off.
